Taking place in the heart of the Red Centre, FabALICE brings crowd favourites like Drag Queen Bingo, Budget Barbie Bus Tours, comedy and cabaret nights, and a few more surprises.
The Alice Springs Town Council Night Markets will light up Todd Mall to kick off the festivities. It's a family-friendly evening celebrating creativity, pride, and local sparkle with roving performances and live drag shows.
Festival hosts in 2026 are Marzi Panne, Miss Ellaneous and The Huxleys. They've signed on for the event and mischief is guaranteed.
Marzi Panne brings high-energy theatre flair and fun. . . Miss Ellaneous dazzles with glitter-tipped drag artistry, injustice-fighting and performance. . . And The Huxleys (Will & Garrett Huxley) will treat FabALICE with a cocktail of surrealism, sparkle, and androgynous freedom.
Drag Queen Bingo is now in its eighth year. It drew more than 500 players in 2025. . . And in 2026 the aim is to smash it out of the glitter-verse. The 2026 iteration will be hosted by Miss Ellaneous and Marzi Panne, plus special guests.

Plus, for the first time ever, international drag superstar Taylor Sheesh is performing in the Red Centre. What began as a viral, online sensation has become a global drag phenomenon, with Sheesh performing to thousands at Federation Square, Sydney WorldPride and Darwin Festival. She'll bring 'The Eras Drag Experience' to Alice Springs for one night only.
The Outback Shout is a new FabALICE tradition – it's a rip-roaring, ridgy-didge Friday-knock-offs party, packed with drag queens, frothies, flannies, chook raffles, trivia, and belly laughs. So dust off the boots, wet your whistle, and join the rowdy fun.
Festival Director Stuart Ord says that audiences can expect “more glitter, more laughter, and more moments of pure joy than ever before.”
“FabALICE has become a shining celebration of inclusivity and creativity in the heart of Australia. WE really need events like this in Alice Springs and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to experience the magic, the mischief and the love that makes this festival so special.”
“This year we’re shaking it off and stepping into our glitter era,” Stuart teases. “With Taylor Sheesh, The Huxleys, Outback Shout and more surprises to come, FabALICE 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest and boldest festival yet.
“FabALICE celebrates inclusivity and creativity in the heart of Australia, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for three days of magic, mischief and pure joy.”
