The festival is set to excite and entice as it welcomes artists from across the globe, including superstar queens from ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ USA and Down Under, Australian viral comedians Christian Hull and Mitchell Coombs, plus musical superstars Crystal Waters (USA) and home-grown talents Ricki-Lee and Natalie Bassingthwaighte.
Things kick off with the opening weekend showcase Marys In The Park, Adelaide’s first ever unapologetic pop music festival featuring a star-studded line-up including Ricki-Lee, Crystal Waters, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Samantha Jade, and a plethora of superstar queens from ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ USA and Down Under.

Then comes Picnic In The Park, offering an unforgettable experience experience fore the community with the new Feast Artist Stage providing entertainment and a tease of the programme. There’ll also be an offering of delicious local foods, vibrant market stalls, and furry friends at the Feast Dog Show.
The programme of events holds something for everyone. There’s ‘Lesbian Love Stories’ coming to Adelaide after selling out in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne; ‘Feast Comedy Debate’ igniting thought-provoking discussions as comedians debate whether queer life was better before or after being integrated into the mainstream; ‘Minus18 Queer Formal’ filled with live performances and dazzling drag acts; and the ‘Feast Festival Night Roof Climb’, guided by Vonni (cast in ‘The Adventures Of Priscilla’) or Kris del Vayze, for a rooftop dance experience and cocktails in the Climb Lounge.
The mysteries of the male member will be explored at SA Museum as award-winning journalist Annabel Crabb facilitates a panel discussion by experts, on the world of the penis in nature.
“We have so many must-see events in the programme, from comics, cabaret performances to never-before-seen Marvel queer art, premieres of films, and we also have regional events, Burra’s own Picnic In The Park,” Feast Festival CEO Tish Naughton says.
“It’s exciting to be part of the evolution of the Festival. In 2007, I attended my first Feast Festival and walked into the grounds of Picnic In The Park feeling an overwhelming sense of joy, knowing this was where I was meant to be.”
