Originally the lead vocalist of post-punk, new-wave rockers The Go-Go's (who remain active, having played Coachella earlier this year after a number of reunion shows after being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hame Of Fame in 2021) when they formed in the late '70s, Carlisle launched her successful solo career in the mid '80s.
A catalogue of hits singles followed including 'Heaven Is A Place On Earth', 'Leave A Light On', 'Circle In The Sand', 'Summer Rain', 'Mad About You', 'La Luna' and 'I Get Weak'.
Carlisle has released nine studio albums, her most recent being 2025's 'Once Upon A Time In California' that features the single 'The Air That I Breathe'.
While The Go-Go's back catalogue includes 'We Got The Beat', 'Our Lips Are Sealed', 'Vacation' and 'Head Over Heels'.
The G'day & Goodbye tour, scheduled for March 2027, will feature headline concerts in Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with Belinda delivering a career-spanning set list that captures the essence of her iconic pop catalogue.
"Australia has always held such a special place in my heart," Belinda says. "The fans here have supported me from the very beginning, so this tour will be one, big thank you! A celebration of the music, memories and magic we've shared."
Tickets on sale from 10am (local time) on 27 November.
