George’s voice, and his songwriting, defined an era. Now comes a project assembled from rediscovered, previously unseen and unheard 35mm footage of his 1988 performance at the Palais Omnisports de ParisBercy.

This upcoming film captures George Michael at the height of his creative power, during the record-breaking ‘Faith’ tour. Footage has been expertly restored and remastered, transforming a defining cultural moment into a spectacular cinema experience.

’George Michael: The Faith Tour’ has been directed by David Austin and Andy Morahan. An original short film by Mary McCartney, ‘Finding Faith’, opens the feature, using newly discovered audio and imagery from 1986-1988 (the ‘Faith’ era) to create a rare, intimate ‘time capsule’ which offers a vivid insight into George’s mindset at this pivotal moment in his life.
