Fair Day will begin at First Nations Circle, with a Smoking Ceremony and performances from the Buuja Buuja Butterfly Dancers, honouring Country and grounding the celebrations.
Beloved Fair Day faves will make their return, like Doggywood, Trans Camp, Karaoke Cave: Disco And Divas, and the Drag King Games. Plus there’s Queer Fashion Runway, and more than 200 community stalls, food trucks, pop-up bars and picnic spots.
Leading the 2026 Fair Day celebrations in the realm of music is international house music icon Janice Robinson, of Livin’ Joy (Miami, USA). She’ll be making her Sydney Gay And Lesbian Mardi Gras debut with an exclusive Fair Day performance. She’ll deliver sun-soaked dance floor energy, playing anthems like ‘Dreamer’, ‘Don’t Stop Moving’, and ‘There Must Be Love’ featuring David Morales. All tracks woven into queer dance culture and collective joy.
“I am super excited to be coming to Australia to perform for Mardi Gras,” Janice says. “I am a dreamer who continues to live her dreams, and Australia is a country I love deeply. This moment means more to me than words can express.”

Joining Janice is Blusher, an exciting home-grown pop act who will be arriving fresh from supporting Rebecca Black and performing at Laneway Festival the week prior. They’ll be joined by genre-blurring pop artist Go-Jo, and drag icon Courtney Act.
Audiences can also expect dance music icon Zoe Badwi serving up class house vocals, DJ James Alexandr and Nada Leigh, Kath Ebbs bringing queer country tunes, and IVANA in her Mardi Gras debut live show bringing hits like ‘Liar Liar’, ‘Need Your Love’, and ‘Burning’.
Beyond the main stage are international acts like Mila Jam (LA) and Arisce (NYC), joining local stars Felicia Foxx, Aunty Tamara, Atomic Kiss, Jackel Doll, Tiddalicious, DJ Nate and more.
Sydney Gay And Lesbian Mardi Gras 2026 Fair Day is on at Victoria Park on 15 February.
